Hi - Update

I just wanted to give you an update..I went to the dentist last night and he found nothing wrong with jaw, teeth or anything else that would contribute to my facial pain..and I do still have it..the pain has minimized but still comes and goes with the 2 same numb spots...

Any hoot I also called about the new doc in town.....and he accepts my insurance..BUT even though I do not require referrals with my ins. they are requesting I get one from PCP for a consult...I guess because I am a "new" patient...which is fine...I go to my doc April and will ask about it there..He is nice and had told me before if I don't feel comfortable..tell him and he will hook me up..

So that is that......I am on the road traveling for work this week so I will try to check in with everyone as much as I can...

hi jibs,

i'm glad the new doc in town takes your insurance and i hope your primary care doc makes it easy for you to get in.  it'll be interesting to see what the different perspective affords you in the way of a diagnosis and/or treatment approach.

it is good to have sadie back at home with you.  i am very glad to read from your status that you are feeling better.

and i'm with maria--please take it easy on yourself and rest when you need to!

Well thats a relief then so no problems with the teeth and jaw, its trigimal neuralgia I am sure of it.......it fits and the pain is a nightmare it can last on and off for months.

Ah I have ben and smokey at home in their casks with their photos and they feel close all the time. I miss them both.

Now young lady dont work too hard.
