I don't understand your question. I'm just guessing here, but it seems as though you're asking whether it's necessary for a woman to have an orgasm during penis-vagina sex in order to get pregnant. The answer, sadly, is no.

Although it's not necessary for pregnancy, orgasm can enhance a woman's ability to become pregnant. This is because the cervix elevates during sexual arousal and then dips down again after orgasm. If there is a pool of semen at the back of the vagina, it's just waiting for the cervix to dip down into it and suck up all those sperm. So the chances of a woman becoming pregnant may be increased by orgasm. Plus it's fun! Dr. J
