Premature Ejaculation

Okay, I have a few questions to ask everyone, if you don't mind reading replying,
I have only had one sexual partner and I am 17 years of age nearly 18 (late of this year)
My girlfriend has no problem of getting an orgasm, but she has had many partners before me that none have lasted my time (2 or lower minutes) so I want to try to control my ejaculation. I have no problem getting an erection... My questions to ask everyone is this....

1) Once in a blue moon, instead of lasting 2 or less minutes I end up my not even being able to ***, has anyone faced this problem before, and if so what is it?

2) When I *** from P.E. my *** is quite thick, while if I masterbate and try to control myself (point of no return) for about an hour, it basically turns to a very runny liquid, why does this happen?

Thanks for hopefully putting my mind to rest,
B.Young

Our bodies are not machines-- so they are going to react differently at different times. Ejaculate varies from amount to consistency- and that will certainly vary by how long its been since you have ejaculated. Don't worry about differences in consistency- it doesn't signify anything important. Even having trouble having an orgasm occasionally is no big deal. Stress, hormone level that day, that hour, could all be involved-- but they are temporary.

In terms of ejaculating within two minutes-- that can be helped!
When you start to get in a groove, stop. Let yourself quiet down. Just touch and stroke each other affectionately and don't enter her or withdraw when you feel close again. Train your mind and your body to know you can stop, regain interest and last longer.

One technique is called the squeeze technique. When you are close, withdraw and put your thumb below the head and your forefinger above it and squeeze with enough pressure to feel uncomfortable but not to hurt. That will decrease the blood volume and let you relax a bit. Then slowly build up sexual tension and pleasure again, and when close, squeeze the head again. Do this a few times and you should be able to gain control over early ejaculation.
