Help! Red Spots?

Hello, I've been seeing by boyfriend for around 2 years now, and we're constantly use condoms. But every now and then, when we don't, we've been noticing that he's getting these red spots on the head of his penis and he says it itches. It only happens when we don't use a condom, but I know I can't have an STD that can be irritating him because I was a virgin before him and I don't feel any discomfort whatsoever afterwards...

It's been happening fairly recently and I would really like to find out what's going on.

it doesn't sound like an STD sounds like an irritation of some sort. maybe to the normal bacteria or yeast in your vagina. try having him put monostat on it. the only way you can find out 'for sure' is have a doctor look at the spots. don't worry though, it's not going to be anything bad.
