Problem with moods and climax

Hi
My gf took about half a year (6-7 months) baby pills. After few weeks as she started her moods started to change fast and she lost her climax. with every next month things went worse and she  stopped takeing those pills. But now she still is acting little different and she is now alomost asexual- she don´t like or need sex any more. and what is strange that she even dont like to play with her self(she havent touched herself about 2-3 months already . Is her hormone messed up or what we should do to live healty sexual life and get her back normal climax and moods?

Hello.

I'm going to guess that you are referring to birth control pills and how they possibly have affected your girlfriend's sexual response and desire.

Two things are important to note: 1) no one should stop taking any medication without checking with their prescribing physician. If your girlfriend feels she's having an adverse reaction to the pills, she needs to check with her physician ASAP. 2) Although some women do experience changes in sexual functioning/desire while taking oral contraceptives, they are not always the major contributing factor. There are many reasons why your girlfriend may be having these symptoms, including stress, boredom, relationship conflicts, other medical conditions, etc. Again, only her physician can determine whether the pills affected her, so she needs to make an appointment. Hi
she had check with physican but they said that is normal and said she could stop takeing them and wait to body recovers or get everything back in balance. But she haven´t taken any of pills for 3 month now but she haven´t changed. she has called for gynecologist but even she couldn´t say what´s wrong. But she said that too that about 20-30% women will have same problems and its really hard to do something to get them back normal...
