Small red spots on penis shaft

About 2-3 weeks ago 2 days after having sex I noticed 3 very small red spots on my penis. They were barly raised and not in clusters more spread out on the penis shaft. I have no itching, burning, or anything. I had a STD test later that week and they said it does not resemble herpes at all and I tested negative for syphilus, gonoreha, and clymidia.
They went away about a week later but 1-2 has appeared again since then after masterbating. I've already been tested and I'm really not sure what these could be. I just want to be sure I dont spread anything to anyone else or have an issue that will affect me in the future.

You've been tested. Did you ask if you have any communicable condition? I can't tell you what's going on. Only the person who did the exam can give you complete information, so call the clinic and ask.

If you want to know precisely WHAT the spots are, I'd suggest seeing a urologist or a dermatologist. They may just be signs of an irritation. Be sure you use lots of lube during self-pleasuring or partner sex so you don't irritate that delicate skin on your penis. Dr. J
