how long before he needs to ejaculate again

i'm curious, how long can a man go without ejaculating? is it a physical need by all men where it is impossible to go without it after a certain time?

The necessity of ejaculation changes with your surrounding. I personally, when in a sexually active relationship, release about 3 ~ 4 times in 1 day after withholding the whole week due to my busy schedule. When I am without a partner I limit to once a week because I lift weights and there's been a study that showed increase of testosterone by 60~80% if you withhold for 7 days. I use that to my advantage by using that boost in testosterone to heal faster.

Depends on the guy but most guys I know, including myself, like to every day if time allows because they sure do talk about it a lot. It has a lot to do with how comfortable they are, how happy and what girls are around. The more they are turned on the more often they will need it. After about a month I can't psychically hold anymore and end up having a wet dream even though I'm 28, I've been told by just about every girl that I have an usually large amount even when its only been a few hours so it might just be me lol.

When I'm around my current girlfriend it can become stressful within a few hours since she turns me on a lot, she is very sweet, pleasant to me and often in the mood, which puts me in the mood. I often find myself thinking about it which makes me need it more, I'd be happy with several times a day!

It was easier in my last relationship to wait over a week or more at a time since she made me wait long periods, I didn't expect much loving from her so I didn't think about it or fantasize about it much, it didn't seem realistic.

In another relationship the girl wanted lots of sex but I didn't want it much or enjoy it, I just kind went through the motions because the girl was often bitter towards me for simple things, it made me feel less valuable and I didn't feel comfortable with her, sometimes I'd just fake an orgasm because I couldn't get turned on enough to ***.

It depends a lot on both parties, but the more he wants it, the more blue balls

Some men go their whole lives without ejaculating on purpose. However, most men do experience sleep orgasms, particularly during pubescence, which is a time of raging hormones. Since most men experience erections throughout the day, they're very aware of their penis, and such awareness can heighten desire. However, it's important to remember that everyone is different. Some men want orgasms every hour, every day, every month, every year, and so on. There is no "one size fits all." Dr. J
