i think i've spilt open my vagina, near the vagina & bum bit.

I had sex with my boyfriend tonight, it wasn't slow or anything. But afterwards i noticed my vagina felt a bit sore. I usally have a little flap of skin between the vagina & near the bum. it's to like, separate them both i guess? i think so anyway. well, i think i might have spilt it? There doesn't seem to be that little bit of skin there anymore.  It's a bit sore, like stingy sore & alot of fluid seems to be there. unless it's trying to feel i dunno.
Can anyone help me? As i don't know what to do. or if there is something i can use to make it re-heal? or better?
Is this normal?

Thanks

Dear Kitty:

The area you refer to between the anus and the vaginal opening is called the “perineum.” Soreness in the area may have been caused by vigorous thrusting during penis-vagina sex without enough lubrication, which causes irritation. If you’re still red and sore, the irritation may have become infected—or you may have some other condition which needs treatment. See your physician or local clinic ASAP please. Good luck. Dr. J
