Can a woman get vaginal tearing by oral sex if shes a virgin?

I don't know the answer to your question because it's very vague. Since oral sex can be combined with manual stimulation, and fingernails can be quite sharp, I suppose vaginal tearing could result from combining the two. Or perhaps you're wondering whether a woman's hymen can be broken by penetration with something other than a penis? The answer is yes. I don't know of anyone with a tongue strong enough to do that, but don't want to say it's not possible. Realize that riding a bicycle, etc., can also stretch or tear the hymen, and many women no longer have hymens even if they haven't experienced any kind of penetration. Dr. J
