Well, I think we are in a race to get there as soon as we can? But I expect it will get much much worse before we can consider it the last days.
Hello. In accordance with Christian theology, the world of today certainly fits in with the writings of Matthew, Daniel, and those of John during his exile to Patmos. Many of these things have only recently become applicable. I personally believe that we are indeed seeing the "beginning of sorrows." However, Dalubaba has brought up an important point. Where we are individually in the scheme of things should not be affected as far as our outlook and perceptions. The world may be in "the lions den" but this does not mean we should suddenly change in regards to our practice of things like love and tolerance. We may be headed for unimaginable tradgedy and suffering, but all we really have is today, and an obligation to make the best of it. None of us is promised the sunrise of another day. Should we be aware? Yes. Should we defend our beliefs? Absolutely. But at the same time, we should also make an effort to help the homeless person, the sick, and the hopeless on a daily basis, so that we can reflect on each day as one in which we made a difference in the life of another. When its all said and done, these things matter the most. GM
Yes, I do. Favored, there's a great topic about this on The Blood of Christ community where several people list bible vereses, etc. in reference to this and the belief that we are indeed seeing prophecies being fulfilled right before our eyes and that we are indeed in End Timies. We may not know the exact day or time but so many prophecies have been fulfilled on this and we are seeing things happening right now that it does lead me to believe that the Lord is returning very soon.
How much importance to give to such rumours?
