This could be any number of things or a bunch of little things at the same time but it does sound like at the very least it's causing you distress. I would get this checked out by a doctor as soon as you can, maybe take a trip up to the ER. It's better not to mess around when dealing with the head and if these symptoms aren't going away it could mean somethings wrong. I'm not a doctor so I'm just telling you what I would do in this situation but like I said it's best not to wait too long when dealing with head pains.
If it turns out to be nothing then at least you know not to worry and if it's something more serious then you made the right choice.
Win-win situation.
Being that you have a history of HTN (high blood pressure), you are definitely at high risk for a TIA/Stroke. You could have possibly have had a TIA/Stroke.
Secondly, with a blood pressure that elevated and symptoms, please go immediately to the ER; don't try to treat yourself at home; bad idea.
I went to the hospital and will be starting occupational therapy for my arm. I still get headaches and the pain is still there. I'm not sure what happened but I did not have a full stroke but could have had a TIA.
Sounds like you had a TIA with a residual effect unfortunately. My father had the same thing happen to him.
All the best with OT.
