Over working

I had a TIA Friday and have regained all functions.  My question is I work 62 hours per week; Would it be advisable to reduce my work hours?  I have a full-time day job and a 22 hour night job.  I have Atrial Fib.

Thanks,

Sandra

A TIA is your body warning you that all is not well.  So if you change nothing in your life, your body will respond as it has been doing - having troubles.  It may be another TIA or it maybe a full blown stroke :(  I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but if you insist in playing russian roulette, that may be the outcome.  So please listen to your body.

Kind regards

Sue

Hi , I think it would be better to take it easy for a while. You work long hours and its better to give yourself a chance to get better. Follow the advice of your doctors and if they say its Ok then take their advice. Personally, I feel all illness responds to rest. Stay well, PM
