Terminology

Hi there everyone.  I'm new here and confused. lol.  What are all those crazy ABR, and #'s? BBt and AF and 19.. etc.  I'm pretty lost.  Last I knew is that to get pregnant, have sex about 14 days after you menstruate. Oh, and I just learned a bit about temp increasing when you ovulate.  I feel so dumb, I had no idea that getting pregnant was so confusing.   Any guidance would be great. Thank you so much for your time. :)

Took me a while to catch on too :) And I had no idea about the temp change and change in cervix position and texture and all that either until I started researching ovulation signs on google! Who knew there was so much to learn! Good luck to you!
