Barely 4-5 hours,
I don't have the urge to sleep
which leads to headaches the next day,

I also have been crying alot, I mean like atleast twice a day
OVER ANYTHING

and no i am not pmsing
I just have this urge to cry
usually if i want to sleep i cry myself to sleep.

i Understand what u are going through, i cry ALOT.. Over any little thing.  But i sat and thought about it and ive realised that i do this becuase i have a reason behind it all that i cant get out of my head.
Try not to cry. i no its hard, but u need to sit and think why am i crying? Youve probly been hurt in some way or another and you just can't get it out of ur head. Try Talking to someone close that u can trust about how upset your getting, nearly everyone goes through a stage of being upset and having urges to cry about anything. Its Hormones the majority of the time.. and they are hard to controle. You may Find that letting it all out by crying is the best way forward. But talking to some1 about things that upset me really helpt so give it a try.
Good luck (: x
