XPress Redi-Set-Go

I bought one of these on a whim and am having so much fun with this new gadget. If you like to experiment, definitely pick up one of these. This is not meant to shave a lot of time off of prep, it actually takes a bit longer, especially when cooking for 5 people. However, it is fun as heck to use and the bite-sized portions are great for kids.

I use it to make mini-egg bites the other day (mine had feta and fresh grown tomatoes inside, the boys had cheese, scallion, bacon bits, and tomatoes) and then went on to make mini cakes out of white cake mix with Halloween sprinkles. Tonight I am making individual pizzas for supper and the cookizzas for dessert :-)

Prep for 5 people is way different than prep for 1 or 2 :-)

I can't find the infomercial again.  I'll have to look online.  I can't believe it doesn't save prep time, though.  
Mr. Peek's "bite sizes" are way different than normal human ones.

Wow, I can see kids really loving the little bites. Pretty good commercial they have.
