Endocrinology question

Hello, this isn't a Thyroid question but I wasn't sure who better to ask this on here and I hope you wouldn't mind helping me.

I am 33 male and am trying to lose at least 100 lbs.  I am NOT diabetic and have never had an abnormal blood test.

I work out an hour per day on most days.  And, probably 40% of the time, my blood sugar crashes 20-30 mins into my workout.  And I have to stop and eat something which is very counterproductive, obviously.

I have tried all I really know to try.  I eat breakfast,  eggs and toast.....Then a natural peanut butter sandwich just before I work out, but my sugar still crashes.   Even if I stop and eat in the middle and begin working out again, it may crash after just 15 more minutes.

It is as if my body for soem reason cannot maintain glucose levels during exercise, no matter what.   I have even tried eating a handful of raisins every 15 minutes during my workout, and that doesn't even help.

What can I do???? Please help.
