post hemi right thyroidectomy

I had a Hemi right thyroidectomy Dec. 3rd.  The nodule that they were worried about was a Hurthle cell adenoma 2.0cm.
There was incidental papillary thyroid micromcarcinoma 0.1cm.  Should I be worried about the other half that was left in. I am concerned if there is also more papillary carcinoma on the other side. Especially since they didn't even see it on the right side.  My endocrinologist and ENT feel everything will be fine this way but my GP is concerned because he has seen that the other side will be effected in time.  What do you think?
Thank you.

No - additional treatment at this time.  Follow with neck ultrasound - in 6 months, 12 months then annually.  Also the endo can follow thyroglobulin levels.  But these incidental microcarcinomas occur in up to 10% of surgeries done for other nodules.
