Low T4 normal TSH

I've been sick for over 7 weeks now.  I've been on 3 different antibiotics for sinus infections, but none have helped.  So I've been looking to see if something else is going on.
Symptoms:  extreme fatigue, often headaches (sinus headaches and migraines), scratchy throat, burning eyes, pressure behind the eyes, dry eyes - these are my worse symptoms.
I had my thyroid checked my TSH is 0.87 and my T4 is 0.85 - is this okay, or do I need to get further testing, could my thyroid be hypothyroid?

Thyroid labs are fine - the Free T4 is in the low normal range but that is not clinically significant given the absolutely normal TSH.  Could add a free T3 to the next set of thyroid labs just to be certain, but this does not look like thyroid disease.
