Medication Dosage Recommendation

I have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism. My recent blood test results as follows:
TSH  3.13   (0.4-5.5 reference range)
Free T4  1.1  (0.8-1.8)
Free T3  312  (230-420)
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies <10  (<35)
Thyroglobulin Antibodies 812  (<20)
Total Cholesterol  190 (<200)
Triglycerides  486  (<150)
HDL Cholesterol  35  (>=40)
LDL Cholesterol not calculated due to triglyceride level greater than 400.

I am taking 75mcg Synthoid everyday right now. Is this dosage too low? I have been taking it for a month now and still don't feel any change. Will Synthoid help to lower my cholesterol level especially my triglycerides level? I still don't have much energy. My endo said he is going to target my TSH to be around 0.5-1.5. What is your recommended dosage? I have read a lot about Armour. Is Armour better than Synthoid?

Would stick with synthroid and target 0.5-1.5 (ie, increase dose)

I am not a doctor just one who is going thru this thyroid transition also.  My doctor started me on 50mcg of Synthyroid.  I took for about two months.  Doc switched me about two weeks ago and I really feel I am getting better.  I also found that my ferritin was low and DHEA was low.  So far I really like Armour, but you definately need to change levels with Armour.  If you are not feeling better, I think it might be time for further testing checking deeper underlying causes or changing med.

Good Luck!
