FT3 & FT4 Levels

Hi there, I just recently learned that with my FT3 a little over range, FT4 on the low side of range, it could lead into, T3 toxicosi, is this true? because I had a repeat test of TSH and FT4 test again in July, but not the FT3 level. Also, what blood test should I have to rule out T3 toxicosi? Thank you for reviewing my post.

The free T3 is the most unreliable thyroid blood tests.  If it is a little bit high, in conjunction with a normal T4 and TSH it is not likely significant, it could be repeated as a total T3 to help clarify the situation.

I'm truly sorry. I just noticed that I posted in the wrong forum. I meant to post my question to you in the Hypothyroidism forum.

I know this is the wrong forum, but I've already posted a question above and have another. So, I figured I'd ask one that just dawned on me. Would having a low about of radioactive iodine yrs. ago, have anything to do with having a thyroid disease later in life? not that it'll change anything, but just curious to know.
