The TSH is consistently high meaning HYPOthyroidism - Hashimoto's is the most common cause and this requires treatment with levothyroxine.
The nodule requires FNA biopsy as does what appears to be a thyroglossal duct (TGD) cyst. However, most of the time, the ENT will recommend removing the TGD cyst even if the FNA is benign. This is a reasonable approach as the cyst may be contributing to some of the symptoms.

And im sorry I have a 4 year old and 2 year old running circles around me right now.. But, my question being what does all this mean? I went to an endocrinologist last week and I left with more questions than I had before. We wants to do a biopsy of my thyroid I guess and my cyst thats in the middle of my throat Im scared to death.I have also lost almost all of my voice It comes and goes and he wants me to see an ENT to see whats wrong with my larnyx.I wake up in the morning and all my joints EVERY SINGLE ONE of them hurt so bad that I cant even get outta bed I have been prescribed percocet but it doesnt touch the pain I usually have to double up on it to even move in the am and then continue taking at least 2 percocet every 4 hours or the pain comes back even worse. Is all this related?I think I have Hoshimotos diease but I cant get anyone to listen to me. I was in so much pain this morning that. It feels as though someone is squeezing my throat all day long and theres sand paper down there.
