Nodule/labwork/hashi or not?

My general physician says everything is okay/normal.
My Endo says Hashi's.
1 nodule was found on ultrasound.
1.5 cm/hypoechoic/heterogenius/solid
  - biopsy was inconclusive however it states:
    Non-diagnostic. Repeat FNA recommended
    Cells Present:
follicular cells: rare <--what is this???
              macrophages
              lymphocytes
    1.4cm firm nodule

My lab work :
Microsomal TPO-Ab 122 H (<35 IU/ml)
Prolactin Diluted 3.6 (3.3 - 26.7 ng/ml)
T3 Free Non-Dialysis 3.3 (2.0 - 4.8 pg/ml)
T4 Free Non-Dialysis 1.3 (0.8 - 1.7 ng/dl)
Thyro globulin 5 (<56 ng/ml)
Thyroglobulin Antibodies 1266 H (<41 IU/ml)
TSH 1.4

Any thoughts?
Are there other tests I should ask for before starting meds?

You have autoimmune thyroid diseae (probably Hashi) with normal thyroid function currently.  No aboslute indication for thyroid meds at this time.

The FNA was non-satisfactory (ie, not enough cells to read) and must be repeated - usually we do this in 6-12 weeks to allow healing after first FNA attempt.
