Elevated TPO Level

Hello, I am a 28yr old female. I have a family history of autoimmune disorders in both of my sisters. One sister has hypothyroidism and the other has Addisions disease.  I have had for years symptoms of fatigue, horriable heat intolerence, tackycardia, tingling in hands and feet, weight gain, headaches, anxiety and other issues. Recently the fatigue has become increased to the point that I take naps in my car at lunch time because I can barley keep my eyes open.  My Tpo was elevated at 205,  all other levels were normal. T3 325, Tsh 1.33 and Thyroxine 1.22.  I don't know what to do because I still feel that there is an underlying problem. Any Advice is welcome!!!

Would test adrenal function --- am cortisol at least (if <11, consider ACTH stimulation test).  The thyroid function is normal - there is evidence of autoimmune thyroid disease, but with current normal TSH, the thyroid appears to be working properly.  Would also screen for anemia (CBC) and B-12 deficiency.
