Hello!
I recently had the extra sensitive TSH test done, and according to the results, my levels were at 11.3, which, according to the lab's information, was high with their stated reference range of 0.40-5.2 uIU/ml. However, my doctor crossed out this range and was using a reference of 10-15, so she said it was normal, and that this fact surprised her. I didn't question it at the time because other tests revealed problems elsewhere that could potentially explain my fatigue and weight gain and slow reflex (and a myriad of other issues!), but I wanted to seek out others' opinions on this issue. I will be talking to my doctor next week, but thought I might get a response sooner from you!
Thank you,
Nic
