Help reading labs please!!!!!

I just received my lab work and I need help.

Tsh 7.420 (.45-4.500)

T3 3.4 (2.3-5.0)
T4 1.42 (.93-1.60)

This is the confusing part. I had my antibodies tested because my levels have been rapidly going hypo.

Tsh receptor antibody:    .8

Reference range:
Antibody titer:
1.5 u/l = positive

I don't really understand what's going on. I'm on 2.5 mg of methimazole daily. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your reply... I'm December the antibodies were present at a level of 3.42 u/l so I was diagnosed with graves. Does a rapid drop in antibodies like this indicate remission?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Either this was Graves which is rapidly responding to methimazole to the point where it can be stopped and observed OR it is a transient thyroiditis -- would look at this possibility with your doc but in either case, would likely stop the medication and recheck in 6 weeks to see where levels go.
