need help

hi six month ago my thyroid started going crazy my tsh was 13 they did  an antibody test the doctor told me my own body was atacking so i imagine is hashimito disease. the problem that i been having hypo and hyper symptom i was trembling and shaking all the time hyper symptom also the absence of menstrual. I want to known why i been having both symptom if i am hypo also another question the worst thing in hypo is the constipation my thyroid is now normal and still suffering constipation why my body still act like this please help appreciate at it

Hi again that the problem that when i started with the thyroid problem they started giving me levothryroid  and still have symptoms the problems

The labs show hypo.  The symptoms are nonspecific and having some from each list (hyper and hypo) is common.  In fact, many people without thyroid problems pick symtpoms from each list.  Would address the hypothyroidism with levothyroxine and see how you respond.
