Thyroid/Infertility

I am 32 yrs old and have two benign thyroid nodules. Dr says all tests are within the normal range but would not give me the exact levels. I experience nearly all symptoms of both hypo and hyper thyroidism, including swelling and pain around the nodules which is very visible. I have been ttc for three years and had a miscarraige at 8wks about 16 months ago. I have had three other miscarraiges when I was younger, one being a blighted ovum.I have given birth to four children the youngest being nearly 9 yrs old. All miscarraiges but one happened after giving birth the last time. I go back to my ent next week. My question is if I have the thyroid nodules removed will it relieve my symptoms and will it help my husband and I conceive?

Would test TPO and Tg antibodies -- if positive, then concern for autoimmune thyroid disease impacting fertility (even w/ normal TSH). The nodules themselves do not impact fertility in the absence of thyroid hormone levels being abnormal.
