TSH will take more time to correct and while it is low the key is to watch T4 and T3 levels which appear to be normal, so would likely keep on 10mg and repeat labs 4-5 weeks into the 10mg dose.
Thank you Dr, I appreciate your response.

Thanks I appreciate your response. I don't know maybe it's just because the years I've dealt with this has been a breeze, up until now. Looking back at my records I've been 0.01 before but then six months or so later I was either normal again or near hypo.
Good luck to you as well !
It may take a while--and not to discourage you but for me it has been a little over 2 years since my diagnosis of hyperthyroidism and my tsh has always been <0.01 which I have been told means that my tsh is "undetectable" ---My md did the same for me--kept gradually decreasing my medication and I was only on PTU 50mg daily but I started to have symptoms of hyperthyroidism (tremors, rapid heart rate, panic feeling, etc--believe me the list goes on) again and had to increase my PTU to keep my free t3 in range and more importantly keep me symptom free. I am just happy to be symptom free ---as much as I hate to take a pill I hated more how hyperthyroidism made me feel--sure the weightloss was nice but certainly not worth the other symptoms-I could not function and was out of work for 5 weeks I had been so sick. Good luck and listen to your body.
