Thyroid ultra sound left midline lobe

Ultra sound report  as follows right lobe 4.6x1.7 x1.1 cm left lobe 4.0x 1.6x1.3  isthmus within normal limits at 2 mm. Mildly heterogenous thyroid echogenicity  with subjectively normal vascularity.15 x 14x11 mm mixed  echogenic left thyroid lesion,likely with internal calcification.no regional adenopathy. Do you feel this could be cancerous.thank you in advance

PLEASE HELP SO WORRIED ultrasound states 39 x 19 x 26 mm multiple areas of increased echogenicity suggesting microcalcifications.  Is it cancer?

This needs to be considered for FNA biopsy -- cannot tell based on these words alone if high-risk for cancer.
