Feeling pulse through body

Any ideas? Feeling pulse through body, also muscle fatigue and soreness, pain in joints particularly knees, ankles and feet.

Since last post hands feet and arms have falling asleep feelings and pins and needles in right arm. saw doctor who ran lots of blood work & is sending me to a nuerologist. Still feeling pulse and muscle pain.

would check with your primary doctor.  Certainly thyroid should be tested.
