Why am I always so tired?

I'm always tired ever since my t.t. for papilary carcinoma 3 yrs. ago. My Endo also told me that I had Hashimotos and for some reason I just have very few days that I am actually feeling well. Taking 150 mcg of Synthroid for cancer suppression. Labs as follows.....T3  101    ng/dl  reference range 94 to 170.    TSH High sensitivity L0.008  uU/ml reference range 0.400 to 5.500   I have pains in my legs, always tired, and it takes me a good 4 hours or better to get going after I take my synthroid at 6:00 am. I just feel awful most of the time. Will I ever get better? Will I ever be able to function like a normal person? When will the muscle and leg cramps go away? It really gets in the way of my excersise routine and because I can't do what I use to do.........I am putting on even more weight. I just want to be able to live my life the way I did before my cancer. Should I have my meds changed? I am on my second Endocrinologist and I am about to give up. Please help

Demand to be prescribed Armour thyroid by your dr.  and add brewers yeast (lewis labs brand) to your diet.  Guaranteed you'll have the energy you used to have.  I'm living proof!  Never take synthetics unless absolutely necessary.

Options would be to switch to a different brand or consider a combination of T4/T3 (adding cytomel), or lowering the dose a bit as a TSH of 0.008 may be lower than needed for your thyroid cancer risk (depending on the details of the cancer).
