Need help!

AZK
hello,

I am 21 years old and a few days back I took a few tests along with the TSH test. My test results came in and I have a concern with this test.
So my TSH level is 8.33... the thing is I don't know where to go from here. In my country unfortunately we do not have many endocrinologists. However, I am still consulting a relative who is an endocrinologist, over emails. She has suggested that I take the T4 test as well. I also had all the symptoms for hypothyroidism; weight gain rapidly, sleep issues fatigue weakness, constipation etc.
I just need to know where do I go from here? or which OTHER TESTS do I take?
What all should I be worried about?
Is 8.33 really high or its no big deal..?

A little feedback would really be helpful =)

Usually would repeat TSH along with T4 (and TPO antibodies to screen for Hashimoto's)  in 6 weeks to confirm this is not a temporary abnormality, but with the symptoms it is likely hypothyroidism that may well benefit from T4 treatmetn.
