hyperthyroid?

I have most symptoms of hyperthyroidism; racing heart, hot flashes, intolorance to heat, night sweats (don't know if that is a symptom), fatigue, water retention (don't know if that is a sypmptom), irritable, anxiety, foggy brain, 2 marble size nodules on my thyroid.
All my test are normal.

TSH 1.07    - 0.4- 4.00 (uIU/ml)
free t4  .8    - .5- 1.6 (ng/dl)
free t3  3.9   - 2.5-3.9 (pg/ml

Would you treat this as hyperthyroidism?

Thank you very much.
