my (tpo) abs level is 4005 normal is 0-60 i am totally exhausted and feel horrible. what can i do?
Request TSH, FT3 and FT4 tests. these would be a good starting point to see what your thyroid hormone levels are.

Would correlate with TSH, but appears you have autoimmune thyroid disease (most commonly, Hashimoto's).
