                     t4 free 1.6  range 0.8-1.8
                     t3 free  227 range 76-181    high


dose was lowered  newest results as of 8/2/11  about 12 weeks later    tsh 0.37  range 0.40-4.50   low
                                                                                                        t4 free  1.5-  0.8-1.8
                                                                                                         t3 free    4.2  range 2.3-4.2  

vitamin d is up to 88 range 30-100 was a 10 a year ago and was 43 6 months ago.  take 10k a day supplementation,, i have an follow up endo apt. this Monday, i feel good   with the one exception i don't get to sleep well  a little insomnia . hard to get to sleep. im thinking of asking the endo, if ok to very slightly reduce the dose again. do you think this the right  way to go? .  other than that i feel good.  also had a comp met panel  and CBC test along with the thyroid  test  everything else was in range . thank you doctor, Kevin

Hi I also got new numbers I dont understand.Seems dr,is going by my symtoms motr than numbers here are my results
TSH=0.42 range from lab is 0.34 to 4.82
Free t4=0.72 range is 0.77 to 1.61 mt results on tis say low
Free t3=2.9 range is 2.3 to4.2 pg/ml
these were done in july....my dr has had me on 37.5 mcg of synthyroid since april 2011 after these resullts she added in 1/2 of a pill of cytomel pill is 5 mcg.
in may my results were
TSH=1.22 range 0.34 to 4.82
T4=8.4 range 4.8 to 13.9 this does not say free t4
t3 uptake 37 range 30 to 39 no t3 was done
back in dec here are my readings

TSH 1.280 range 0.450 to 4.500
Free t4 1,12 range 0.82 t0 1.77 no free t3 done can u explain how this works,i believe differnt labs were used in july 2011 it was quest and back in dec it was labcorp the may results were done i local hospital lab. Are my numbers low enough to be hypo? And do you think my meds are about right dose..i do have more energy since april,but my sex drive is still low and im also on hormones,,dr is trying me now on DHEA.Any advice would be great.Thanks

endo slightly reduced dose today. hopefully it helps. thanks Kevin

TSH is in low end of normal, a slight dose decrease would bring it up a bit -- this sometimes can help with insomnia
