thyroiditis

After posting a question here last year with my blood results and symptoms, you diagnosed me with possible thyroiditus and told me to go to the doctors which I did. They referred me to a Endocrinologist who agree with you and I was diagnosed with thyroiditus last summer. I was told that regular checks to make sure that the thyroid levels were going back to normal were needed and that no medication ws needed. The last blood work I had done around 8 weeks ago showed my thyroid levels back to normal. However, I have the same symptoms again as I had before I was diagnosed. Dizziness, panicky feelings, heart palpatations, sweating, and weight gain. Do you think I should be re-tested and if it's returned, can I go on any medication? I have an appointment with a cardiologist on Monday to make sure that it's not heart related.
