hi my question is do YOU think it's thyoids?
o.k. here's my symptoms: nauaea (not all time ) fatigue,dizziness,weakness in musles,muscle aches,(constipation, always had as far back as i can remember)brittle hair,toe nails look like calcium build up,dry feet,congestion.here's the over the counter meds i take: allergy relief-d 24 hour relief( for sinus congestion,watery eyes,) caffeine tablets (cause i'm tire all the time, to stay alert )
oh yea , i smoke ( 1 to 1 1/20 packs aday ) and back in 1998-1999, i had a heartack ( from taking so many mini thins) to wake me up ,to put me to sleep ,headaches, excuse: i was working 12 to 16 hour days.and was really stupid! sorry didn't mean for this to be a confession. anyway please help if you can, i can't afford to go to doctor, right now .thanks!

you need to invest in a consultation with an internal medicine doctor -- this may be thyroid but there are many other possibilities.  There may be a free clinic or community health clinic that could help out.

thank you for your time ,and advice, and yes there is a free clinic,in my home town. i'll try to make an appointment, but it's hard , because i take care of my mother. and someone has to be with her at all times. and i have no one to do it right now , but i will try. Thank you again.
