How Long? Ovulating positive??

How many days in a row can you get a positve on an Ovulation test?  I've never used one before and I took my first one Monday it was positive and even this morning it said positive? Am I crazy? Are they a bad batch, is this normal or could it mean something else?? My boobs are so sore, especially my nipples. They used to always hurt before I started, BEFORE they put me on birth control for over a year.   But now, they're hurting so bad they woke me up last night.  This has never happened before. lol.  Just strange and kinda worried/anxious here. Well its' been a little over 6 yrs now. Long story, I had really bad periods, no insurance and they only got worse..On top of not being able to get pregnant. Finally got insurance had lap and hyster (june 25, 2010) and they found mild endo, a polyp in the middle of my uterus and a cyst on my fallopian tubes. NOW we are trying on our own again for a little while. :)  See how things go. How about yourself?

Yeah I'm so confused with this. lol.  Might as well BD just in case. :)  This was my first time trying these things. Unfortunately now i'm in the 2 ww. UGH I'm on day 8.  I HATE the wait. lol.  Anyways, maybe they'll(OPK's) will get their story straight next time lol. Actually hopefully we won't have to have a "next" time. :D  lol.  I wish you the best.  BDTY.  Take Care. :D

on one of my cycles i did get 2 positive OPKs then 1 negative and then another positive! very weird ..but i just went ahead and BDed on all four days..lol..but i usually get 1 positive..lets see how this cycle goes fro me!

I've had them be positive for 5 or 6 days. Try to go by the one with the darkest line. Have you got EWCM? I use that to help tell too. The kits can be a little unpredictable. I also check my cervix, that is pretty reliable once you get the hang of it. Good luck

I'm not sure how long they can be positive for...I think they can be for more than one day. It's whenever your LH surge happens I think. I'd say just get to work and start BDing because it sounds to me like you are ovulating or about to!
