Can I conceive

I wonder if it is still possible for me being able to conceive due to the fact I was in a long term relationship and I contracted an sexually transmitted disease from him twice  . Each time it happen it was only in my system no longer then 2 weeks .  My periods are normal and I still ovulate regularly . I'm just worried that when I'm ready to have children that I won't be able to conceive . I never really tried to have conceive I just really want to know that is it still possible for me to have children ? Or is there anyway for me to find out if I can or not ?

I would definitely check with your doctor to be sure. All I know about it is that when you get tested for fertility they test you for chlamydia and gonorrhea because those are the ones that if they go untreated can cause infertility. You can have these particular stds for years and not know it, so if I were to venture a guess, I would say 2 weeks isn't long enough to cause you to be infertile. Still your doctor could give you the best answer to your question.
