Ive been off birth control for about 3 months now. My last three cycles have been 28,26 and 13 days. Im not sure if I should just wait it out and hope they become regular or if I am even ovulating?? Any advice?
Thanks for the response. I'm just being impatient. It was definitly a period. I was hoping at first it was spotting though.
Give it some time. Coming off birth control is a little bit of a shock to your body and all those hormones have to jumpstart again. Keep track of it and hopefully you will be regular sooner than later. I know even after a full year...mine were still here and there between 17-40 days.
