Hi ladies

So I posted this twice in Pregnancy 18-34 and no one has responded, so I'm hoping to have better luck with you ladies.

Ok, so if anyone has a similar experience please post your story. I have always had irregular periods. Since I started charting I was going back and forth between a long cycle and a shorter cycle month to month, one long, the next short, the next long for four cycles...my cycles since b/c have been 32, 37, 31, 38, 32, 29, 30. The last three cycles only have a few days difference between them. Could it be that I was still regulating up to the last three? The last four cycles we've been TTC, but decided about a week and a half before AF that we were going to start trying. I've not been tracking my temps again this month, as it does me no good for when I'm about to ovulate, and I've tried OPKs more than once without ever being able to get a positive, and I was using them correctly. I read the instructions every time before I used it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has tracked after b/c and had something similar happen. DH doesn't always have the energy to BD and if I can get a better guess on when I'm going to O I can shorten the number of days we have to BD every other day. If I ovulate between CD 15 and 18 then 14-19 we'd BD every other day and it would be easier on DH than BDing every other day in between AFs.

SSSSSSSSSSBD to all!!! By the way, anyone have the same cycle as me I'm CD 12 today and I've been o'ing around CD 15-18 the last few cycles...

smjmekg,

I can understand what you are saying about your DH, that happens with my DH sometimes. It's weird. I dunno what causes that...

Thanks for responding ladies.
Heatherm4 I haven't seen any replies to my other posts yet, maybe it was a similar story. Anyways, I've been getting cramping the last three cycles which is odd cause I've never had it before and the first of these cycles I really thought I was gonna get a BFP cause my bbs were sore, which never happens and the one time it did happen I was pregnant with DS.

wantajellybean I do have a lot of CM around O time, I started getting it yesterday actually but I haven't been ovulating until around CD 15-18 the last three cycles, so I'm hoping since today is 13 we're going to BD tonight, and day 15 and continue every other day hopefully. I may try to get DH to BD 14 15 and 16, but the problem is if DH and I BD one night he doesn't go all the way the next, it's like he can't. I don't know why, we have BDed two nights in a row before and he's gone all the way both nights, but CD 11 we BD and he didn't go AT ALL and the last BD before that was CD9. So I'm hoping tonight will be a good BD night for him and every time after.

I am normally a 31 day cycle. I have found since tracking, that it varies every month, normally a day or two sooner than the previous.  My DH works 3rd shift so it can get difficult. I normally only get positive OP's around 8pm and not going to the rr for a couple of hours. I was getting negatives because I guess it detects higher as the day goes on.  The only signs that I really get are CM, but not always noticeable. I don't check my cervix.  I was told by someone who teaches conception classes that eating leafy greens will make your CM more noticeable, or abundant I guess..lol and that is true, I did notice that.   I wish you the best of luck!! SSBD!

I thought I responded to that one before...maybe I was thinking of something different. It took me a full year to regulate...I was in the complete same boat as you. I had them run from 27 to 45 days, I had no idea about my cycle. It's only been since we actually started TTC that I started to regulate to about a 30-33 day cycle. I haven't tried opk's or temping cuz I get good indicators of O. (Usually) DH is the same with me....it's the fact that he works during the day and I work some evenings so by the time I get home he's sleeping sometimes and already too tired to BD.  I would say BD how you said. Every other day between CD14 and 19 and maybe extra if you can squeeze it in. Do you get any good indicators like CM or cramping? That's what I get and then right after O I usually get sore bbs that last right up until AF.
