Confused... Could I Be Pregnant?!

I have irregular periods and have for years, but the most I've ever skipped was a period every other month. Anyhow, I've been having unprotected sex with my husband for the last 3 years (we've only been really trying the last year to conceive). In January 2009 I stoped taking the pill. Now, over the last 3.5 months I have not gotten my period (since Sept. 25, 2009). I've been extremely hungry and 3 hours after I eat I'm hungry again with a growling stomach, I am extremely tired, I have a constant pain in my lower back, there has been clear discharge, my jeans are getting tighter, I've been extra horny and I have pain in my side near the ribcage/midstomach area (it comes and goes). I've also taken 2 HPT's and they've come back negative. If anyone has any ideas about what's going on that would be very helpful!

Yea, I went to the doctor and that's why I was put on BC. They took me off of it and I was fine with getting my AF up until Sept. 25 (which was my last period). I went to the doctor on Wednesday for a blood test and I get the results on Monday (fingers crossed). So after I get the results I gotta figure out what the next step is either way the test comes back... But I'm still very confused. And I usually don't get hungry when I get my AF... I just get sore breasts and cramps... I guess that's what's confusing me.... I have just never felt this way before... Has anyone else had this before?

You could be close to getting AF possibly. I get crazy hungry before AF all the time. Have you spoke to your doctor about your irregular periods? That would be the first thing to figure out when ttc...b/c there may be an underlying problem.
