10 yrs of Undxs sxs need help please...

10 yrs ago I started having some concerning sxs come up. The list is as follows...
Tingling in left leg,
Tingling in left arm,
Tingling in left portion of face,
Dizzy spells,
Fatigue,
Concentration issues,
Memory issues mainly short term,
Feeling light headed,
I also had one episode where I woke up to find myself not able to move for a few minuets.

This was the list at the time that my sxs first started. Since then I have been tested for MS, and have had tons of blood work done. The first PCP I went to stated that I was showing signs of an autoimmune disorder but the next time around the bloodwork came out negative, and then they did it again and it came out positive. I have been told my b12 levels and vitamin d levels were low. I have had my iron levels up and down over the yrs. I also have been told I have relentless leg syndrome.

I am currently taking b12, and d and was told yesterday to start taking iron pills. I feel severely off though. My head feels like it is under pressure, I am extremely tired, and I just dont feel myself. My arm is always tingling and recently my left foot cramped up to where I couldnt move it. I had to add pressure until it would move again.

I just want to feel normal and I am tired of feeling like I am getting no where on a dxs. Does anyone have any tips on what I should do...I am debating on getting a second opinion, and starting over...would this be smart?
