Sulphur burps with very bad stomach pain for several weeks now

I've recently noticed that I've been having these really bad sulphur burps and gas associated with very bad stomach pain I'm lactose intolerant so I try to stay away from dairy but it doesn't always work out I don't drink alcohol at all I haven't had any beverages for about 4 years. Can anyone help me with any solutions as to what may have caused this or maybe even some ways to get rid of it like I previously mentioned it is also associated with extremely bad stomach pain sometimes so bad I don't even want to get out of bed but unfortunately I can't stay in bed all day since I have a job... So if anyone might be able to shed some light on my problem I would greatly appreciate any helpful information on this matter. Thank you.

Well, it could be a bacteria known as helibacter pylori, giardia, or simple as eating patterns and types of food consumption.

Since you have discomfort with the burps, I would contact the doctor to get his /her opinion.
