why am i not feeling better
been to the doctor for dry sinuses cause i was having headaches now i am getting dizziness with heart fluttering and a sore breast plate what's up with this feeling better than feeling bad
feelin a little better today my nose seems to be running thanks for the steam inhalation i will have to try it!

Hi,
To me it does not appear to be anything serious. Probably, a viral infection has caused the same. I do not feel you need to do much except take some steam inhalation. The dizziness that you felt is likely due to the blockage of the tube that connects the oral cavity to the ear. I am sure steam inhalation will help you. If you also get fever, I’ll suggest to consult a physician and maybe you’ll need a course of antibiotics.
