Headaches

I have had extreme headaches over a week now. I'm highly positive it's due to computer because I just started online classes around the time they started. The pain in directly over my eyebrows. How can I get rid if them, nothing is working, not even sleep (which helps migraines).

Water intake and magnesium.  Low levels of magnesium can result in cluster headaches.  Also can dehydration.  Smoking and caffine whether in soda or coffee can dehydrate you.  Try two cups of Epsom salt in your bath water and soak for 20 minutes per day.  This should help with the tension in your muscles and also you will absorb some magnesium through your skin with Epsom salt.  Best of luck.

It's sounds a lot like its due to your computer use, take a break from TV screens, computer screens, and cell phone screens for a few days, take an ibuprofen or two, and get plenty of sleep. You should be fine.
