Anxiety, or something else?

Hello, I am a 19 year old female, quite active as my job requires me to be on my feet, I am also a dancer, and I used to weight lift 3 times a week(i have since stopped due to everything going on). I am 5'3, and weigh 118 pounds. I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember, but i've never had symptoms progress, or be as constant as they have been recently. I recently when to the doctor for a severe headache that lasted more than a month, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, and for pain and inflammation in my lower abdomen. I was diagnosed with anxiety (again), and told that all my symptoms were a manifestation of said anxiety. I was prescribed Sumatriptan, propanolol, and naproxen. The medication was working, but it didn't last long. My symptoms have worsened, to the point where i cannot go up the stairs without having to stop due to shortness of breath, pain in my heart, and weakness in my legs. I almost always feel a tightness in my chest, and any pressure on my chest causes pain. Could this all truly be because of my anxiety? Or should I get a second opinion?

Get a second opinion. That amount of exercise should relieve anxiety, you shouldn't have severe symptoms because of anxiety if you are exercising.

Always get a second opinion or even third,  doctors like to use anxiety as a diagnosis as it's easy they don't want to properly investigate what's really going on.
