Chest pain that my doctor thinks is IBS/acid reflux. Would like second opinions.

---
Background Info
---

23, male, ~265 pounds, lightly active.

Blood work has been done. Other than cholesterol being a few points more than normal, everything else is within the normal range.

All EKG's I've take during related ER visits have come back normal.

I have an endoscopy scheduled but the earliest appointment is a little less than two months out.

---
Primary Issue
---

Chest pain is generally 'blunt' or 'dull' feeling and can occur in random areas of my chest/torso, but most often directly right of center between my pectorals.

Usually is felt on the 'surface', but sometimes I get a deep set pulsing pain in the left side of my torso.

Changing position (e.g. sitting to prone) sometimes helps ease or eliminate the pain, sometimes not.

Pain seems unrelated to the foods I eat(i.e. not all likely triggers for pain trigger all of the time, seems almost random).

---
Other Issues
---

These are all possibly unrelated, but I figure I'll put them out there as I wasn't having these issues until the onset of this chest pain.

Almost Constant Flow of Gas/Air Bubbles Up Esophagus
---

If I take a deep breath for example, there is a 100% chance I'll get at least a small belch out of it.

Pinching Pain in Arms and Legs

Happens primarily, if not only when laying down.

Weird 'Shortness' of Breath When Talking Excitedly, Sometimes When Standing Up
---

Weird because it doesn't feel like I'm out of breath, but more like I took in too much and need to 'reset', like I gulped in too much air.

That's not a fantastic description, but it's the best I can do.

---
Radiating Numbness In Either Right or Left Side of Back
---

Never happens in both at once and usually seems to happen when hunched over.

Similar feeling but more pins and needles in outer edge of left thigh.

Doctor is looking into possible sciatica. Guessing that's probably all this is.
