I hope that you are okay.  Whenever you have chest pain, it is recommended that you go to the ER especially if there is any profuse sweating, the pain goes up your arm to your neck or cheek, the pain goes around to your back and shoulder and if you have nausea.  Angina (pain in the heart) does not necessarily mean a heart attack, but can signal that for some reason there is insufficient flow.  it could be a leaky valve or Mitral Valve Prolapse (very common and not extremely serious).   If the pain lasts more than a few seconds, please go to the ER next time it happens.  You may be prescribed Nitro to control your angina.  (You don't have to be old to get this - my daughter was 5 when Lopresser was prescribed for her angina and headaches.  She is in her 30s and fine now)
