Blood Blisters/Rash on waist?

I'm 20 years old and I've had blood blisters on my waist, most likely from clothing friction, but now it's so much more widespread and it looks like a big rash. The only types of clothing that don't irritate the 'rash' are dresses, but it's getting cold out, and blood keeps getting all over my clothes from these blisters. My clothes fit just fine, but my skin doesn't think so. Is this a condition (like dermatitis)? What should I do to prevent more blisters from developing? I've already tried lotions, and anti-bacterial soap. Should I see a dermatologist?

It is a good idea to see a dermatologist.  They will take a swab from the skin and get it analysed to see if this is a skin problem.

You either have an allergy to the detergents and softeners you use, or like
10231952 mentions eating raisins, it is likely that your body is lacking in some minerals and vitamins.  Make sure you eat a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and veg.  The Vitamins that are essential for healthy skin are Vitamin A, E, C.  Vitamin A is in eggs and milk and some fortified cereals, it is also the only vitamin that is made by our body from our skin being exposed to sunshine (not to the point of getting sunburn).

You may benefit from having some multivitamins.

My ex mother in law had them and she said it was a vitamin defenciency and to eat raisins. My husband had them and started eating raisins and it cleared up. You may want to try it my mother in law was a smart lady and lived to be 95 years old.
